Expert Cindy Brann Joins Mosaic as Senior Director, Energy & Utilities, Enhancing Customer Focus in the Utility and Oil & Gas Industries

Renton, WA – September 8, 2015 – Cindy Brann joins Mosaic, a national training and workforce consulting firm, as Senior Director of Energy & Utilities after a 33-year career with Spectra Energy and its predecessor companies, announced CEO Megan Deans today.

Cindy has focused on pipeline compliance throughout her career, and is a recognized industry expert in MAOP definition, validation and verification. She led Spectra’s effort to ensure compliance with PHMSA’s new rulemaking, which requires MAOP pipeline asset records to be Traceable, Verifiable and Complete (TVC). In her last role with Spectra as Director of Operational Business Systems, she also led a three-year compliance data integration initiative to better serve company stakeholders and PHMSA auditors.

“We are thrilled to have Cindy joining the Mosaic team,” said Deans. “Cindy’s extensive experience helping companies remain safe and compliant will be a tremendous addition to Mosaic’s current offerings.”

Mosaic focuses on bringing training and workforce development solutions to the utility and oil & gas industries. Adding Brann’s specific pipeline compliance expertise is a strategic move for the company. Brann and her team will provide strategic consulting services to clients as they further develop MAOP programs and communicate the impacts of pipeline compliance requirements to their workforces.

Cindy has a Master’s and Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Management from the University of Houston and an MBA concentration in Management Information Systems.
