Mosaic is looking for a passionate and client-focused Consultant (Instructional Designer) who can create and lead efforts to design and deliver user documentation and training materials for either instructor-led training (ILT) or Web-based training (WBT). We are looking for a confident problem-solver with a track record of success that isn’t afraid of change or ambiguity. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, is approachable and capable of working with others at all levels.

The compensation range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making hiring and compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to candidate skill set, consulting experience, training and education, competencies, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 5% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
