  • Remote w/ travel to client sites in Central and Northern California is expected in this role ~80-100% (East Bay, Fresno, Rocklin)
  • ERP experience required
  • Utility (Electric) experience is preferred

 

Position Overview

The Senior Change Management Consultant works with clients to develop and deliver effective change management solutions. This individual will build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (from management to frontline workers) to accomplish project objectives.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The responsibilities of the Senior Change Management Consultant role are as follows:
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for client projects and other change efforts.
  • Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the change details.
  • Identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; develop plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Facilitate discovery and information-gathering sessions; conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings.
  • Collaborate with Mosaic Sales team to propose change solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop actionable change plans for communication, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, and resistance management.
  • Coach senior leaders and executives internally and on the client side, helping them to act as change sponsors or project champions.
  • Create measurement systems to track adoption and utilization of changes.
  • Identify performance gaps; develop and implement plans for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into project plans.
  • Develop and support internal organizational development strategies as directed.
  • Track statistics, develop KPIs and other performance metrics, and collect data and feedback.
  • Attain billable hours requirements.

 Skills and Experience

  • Advanced experience in organizational change management consulting.
  • Experience applying change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci and ADKAR methods).
  • Successful track record of interfacing and developing relationships with senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including group facilitation skills and active listening skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with people at all levels, including executives in internal and client settings.
  • Excellent problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Project management experience preferred but not required.

Working Relationships

·        Internal: Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters to ensure that development programs, initiatives, and delivery methods are aligned with company goals.

·        External: Develops trustworthy relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Independently interacts in and effectively navigates through ambiguous and political client environments.

 

Education

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field or equivalent experience.

·         Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Position requires extensive travel and ability to sit for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by the position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. ·         Work Environment: Work environment can vary greatly depending on client and location. Reliable transportation to and from work location required. Travel will be required depending on client/project needs.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Mosaic strives to set salaries at, or near the 50th percentile (midpoint) of the range and it is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range for the position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $140,000 – $170,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 6-10% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
