Mosaic seeks a Grid Operations Expert with a control center focus. Grid operators monitor system conditions, direct switching activities or operate devices directly via SCADA, respond to outages and restore supply throughout transmission, sub-transmission and distribution electrical networks. They direct field resources to maximize safe operations in substations, overhead and underground systems, and underground networks. They are employed by power generation plants and electrical power utilities. You will support client resources in implementing training in all settings and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.

This role works closely with delivery and the lines of business teams to coordinate end to end project management of curriculum development initiatives – this includes scheduling and facilitating key meetings, managing communications, managing, and monitoring deadlines, budgets, deliverables, and overseeing instructional design teams and tracking team performance. The Senior Learning Strategist will follow the projects from end-to-end to ensure seamless implementation of learning solutions.
