About Us

Founded in 1996 by Clint and Shelly Morse, Mosaic was built on a belief in possibility: that people thrive when empowered, and utilities succeed when they invest in their teams. Though Clint passed in August 2024, his vision continues to guide our team. It is reflected in the way we listen and lead, in how we serve our clients, and in the care and expertise we bring to each other. He created more than a company—he built a legacy of purpose, partnership, and progress, which we carry forward with pride and gratitude. 

Today, Mosaic is a woman-owned, women-run ESOP with nearly three decades of experience helping utilities navigate change. Our team draws on deep knowledge of utility operations, control room and grid management, and grid modernization. We prepare field crews to work safely and reliably, elevate control room performance, and help utilities modernize and strengthen their systems. Guided by collaboration and pragmatism, we turn strategy into action, supporting safer, smarter, and more resilient utilities for the communities they serve.
