In Memory of Clint – Founder, Visionary, and Friend

Clint Morse was a visionary whose belief in possibility shaped everything he touched. When he co-founded Mosaic with his wife, Shelly, in 1996, he wasn’t just building a company—he was creating a workplace where people could thrive, and clients could navigate change by investing in their people.

Clint had an extraordinary gift for seeing the road ahead. He recognized potential where others saw obstacles and believed deeply in the power of investing in the workforce, not just to improve performance, but to change lives. “If you do it right,” he said, “you might even save a life. And if you train enough people to work together with shared principles, you can change a company—and maybe even an industry.”

His passion for people was the driving force behind Mosaic. He set out to build something different from his previous company: a place where the culture was grounded in respect, collaboration, and purpose. He built Mosaic on enduring values and simple, powerful habits: show up on time, say please and thank you, do what you say, and finish what you start.

Clint believed that values are lived, not laminated. He reinforced them in every meeting, every conversation, every moment of connection. And over time, those values took root, shaping the company’s direction and spirit.

Though Clint passed in August of 2024, his vision lives on. It lives in the way we listen and lead. In the way we serve our clients. And in the way we show up for each other—with expertise, humility, and heart.  Clint built more than a company. He built a legacy of purpose, partnership, and progress. We carry his vision forward—with pride, and with gratitude.
