Not many team members can say they've watched Mosaic grow the way Miranda has. In 15 years, she's seen our team go from just 30 to over 200 employees. That experience has sharpened her ability to see the organization holistically and take in all the complex interconnections of the big picture. She revels in finding the right person for every job, and her active certifications in human resources include PHR, GPHR, and SHRM-SCP.

Miranda gets fired up about that bigger-than-you vision, and that spills into the rest of her life through her involvement with Adanu, a non-profit focused on bringing education to rural villages in Ghana. A learner by nature, she spends her free time taking in new experiences and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks whenever and wherever possible.
