Having spent more than 18 years at Mosaic, Rachel has contributed to many areas of the business, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how the company serves its clients and grows its capabilities. She is known for her thoughtful, collaborative leadership style and her belief that strong teams and shared purpose are at the heart of solving complex challenges.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on her three sons at basketball and soccer games. She is deeply committed to Mosaic’s people and mission and is honored to help lead the company into its next chapter.
