Megan is fearless—a real-life embodiment of Mosaic's go-get-em way of doing things. She came here 16 years ago as an Instructional Designer and has been just about everything else since then: Lead Designer, Project Lead, Project Manager, Project Director, VP, Executive VP, and now CEO. It's not just ambition that inspires Megan's upward climb; she is passionate about Mosaic's culture and will champion her team members every chance she gets. Over the years, Megan has gained a deep understanding of the energy industry and its complex regulations; as a result, she has served as a thought leader in the areas of organizational development and change management.

When she's not on the job, Megan can be found spending time with her family — usually cheering on a football game or watching her garden grow.
