RENTON, WA — Mosaic, a leading provider of workforce readiness and operational excellence solutions for the energy and utility industry, today announced that Megan Deans, Chief Executive Officer, will transition toward retirement after 25 years of dedicated service and leadership. Rachel Collier, currently Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2026.
“After 25 years with Mosaic, I have decided to step back from day-to-day leadership as I move toward retirement,” said Megan Deans. “I’m grateful to Mosaic for the opportunity to dedicate such a significant part of my life and career to shaping a company and culture that has been truly transformative. As I step into this next chapter, I am confident in Rachel’s leadership and vision, and excited to see Mosaic continue to thrive under her guidance.”
To ensure a smooth and intentional transition, Megan and Rachel have served as co-CEOs in recent months. Rachel, who has been with Mosaic for 18 years and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2023, has played a key role in shaping Mosaic’s strategic direction, driving growth, and strengthening relationships with clients across North America.
“I’m honored to continue building on the foundation Megan and so many others have created,” said Rachel Collier, incoming CEO. “Mosaic’s success has always been rooted in our people — talented, mission-driven teams who work side-by-side with our clients to deliver meaningful results. Our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and the industry we serve remains at the heart of everything we do.”
Megan will continue to play an active role with Mosaic as Chairman of the Board, providing guidance and support as the company enters its next phase of growth.
