One of the goals for the Pfizer Drug Safety Research and Development Scientific and Operational Effectiveness group was to develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiency and performance. One of the identified communication strategies was to improve colleagues’ understanding of current company initiatives and global lines within the group. Mosaic did just that by developing Animated Whiteboards and Videos to increase colleagues’ knowledge of the business to help supplement and provide more detailed information to this part of the business.
