Neil Proudman joined Mosaic in April 2025 after a distinguished 45-year career in the utilities sector both in the UK and US. He spent 41 years at National Grid, rising from gas apprentice to senior leadership roles in both Electric and Gas Operations. He later served as President of Granite State Electric and EnergyNorth Natural Gas at Liberty Utilities.

Neil brings deep expertise in field operations, safety leadership, compliance, incident response, process improvement, and large-scale system implementations such as SAP. A recognized subject matter expert in gas operations and engineering, he is also highly skilled in crisis management, risk mitigation, and leading organizations through change. At Mosaic, Neil draws on his extensive experience to help utilities deliver safe, reliable, and affordable energy. Known for his non-institutionalized thinking and steady leadership in times of change, he brings a collaborative approach and a deep commitment to mentoring, inclusion, and team development.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time in the mountains and riding motorcycles. He’s a passionate advocate for organ donation and transplant sports, having supported the World Winter and Summer Transplant Games. Neil also volunteers at YMCA Camp Gorham, a wilderness adventure camp in the Adirondacks, where he helps create meaningful outdoor experiences for children and families.
