He’s guided utilities through large-scale technology deployments like ADMS and OMS, developed operator training programs for both transmission and distribution, and is known for turning technical, business, and training needs into strategies that deliver long-lasting change. Whether helping operators adapt to new tools or aligning executives on operational change, Daryl brings a steady hand—and a clear diagram—to every challenge.

When he’s not helping utilities design what’s next, you’ll probably find Daryl outdoors on his property in Percé, Quebec, hiking through the woods or enjoying the ocean view. He’s also part of a six-generation lacrosse family, bringing that same mix of grit, teamwork, and strategy to his consulting work.
