Gregory brings decades of hands-on utility and electrical expertise, rooted in his experience as a U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, Master Electrician, Journeyman, and former Lineman. He’s led teams driving reliability and advanced sensing initiatives for vegetation management, FLISR, and SAIDI/SAIFI improvements—giving him a rare, ground-up perspective on OMS and ADMS systems. His knowledge spans the entire grid edge, from CVR/VVO and solar hosting to EV and DER integration. Gregory is especially passionate about wildfire mitigation, risk analytics, multispectral analysis, and grid modernization.

Having come up in the trades, Gregory revels in what a well-oiled team can accomplish and holds a proven regard for the health and safety of others. For decades, he has co-authored solutions and firmly believes that everything begins with the voice of the customer. Guided by a customer-first mindset, he blends deep technical expertise with a talent for collaborative problem-solving.

Beyond Mosaic, Gregory brings the same grounded energy to his personal life. He volunteers to support Veterans, meditates daily to stay centered, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen or diving into creative projects. He’s the kind of person who can talk grid technology all day—but still makes time for good food and great company.
